4. Services and Content

Studiomim (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides architectural design, consultancy and project-management information and the ability to request quotations. All descriptions, case studies, images and other content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site or our services at any time without notice.

5. Quotes, Fees and Payment

Any fee estimates or timeframes supplied through the Site are indicative only. A binding agreement for professional services arises solely when both parties execute a separate written contract or service order. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all payments must be made in the currency, manner and timeframe specified in that contract.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos and other materials on the Site are the exclusive property of Studiomim or its licensors and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual-property laws. You may view, download and print Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use—including copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering or creating derivative works—is prohibited without our prior written consent.

7. User Obligations

You agree (a) not to upload or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, infringing or harmful material; (b) not to interfere with the normal operation of the Site; (c) to supply accurate, complete and up-to-date information when requested; and (d) to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Third-Party Links & Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., YouTube, Google Maps). We have no control over—and accept no responsibility for—their content, accessibility or privacy practices. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Site shall not exceed 100 USD (or the equivalent in Turkish lira).

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Studiomim and its affiliates against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these T&C, (b) your misuse of the Site or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these T&C or applicable law, or if continued access would expose us to legal or security risk.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these T&C at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised T&C.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these T&C shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul (Anadolu).
