The façade blends a grand, colonnaded portico and oversized arched glazing with sleek glass-and-composite panels to convey both classical refinement and modern retail dynamism. Symmetrical wings extend from the central entry, articulated by subtle pilasters and horizontal cornices that guide visitors toward the main access. A neutral palette of light stone-look cladding and warm accent panels fosters visual coherence and highlights varied functional zones. Integrated landscape beds, palm-tree colonnades, and an expansive plaza create a pedestrian-friendly environment that anchors the shopping center within its urban context.
