Organized as a symmetrical, five-story mass with neoclassical references, the façade features vertical pilasters and horizontal string courses that articulate each level. Large rectangular windows with subtle architraves ensure abundant daylight and reinforce the building’s formal rhythm. A raised, colonnaded portico marks the main entrance, while a mansard roof with dormer windows introduces a refined, residential scale. The clean white stucco and muted sage infill establish a dignified yet approachable academic presence that integrates gracefully with the landscaped hillside.
