The design celebrates its urban heritage through rich red brick façades enlivened by white stucco pilasters, cornices, and arched window surrounds that reference classical European elegance. A disciplined rhythm of arched openings and wrought-iron balconies articulates the building’s vertical hierarchy and reinforces formal coherence. Crowning the historic volumes, a refined glass rooftop pavilion with full-height glazing and a transparent roof introduces a light-filled, contemporary rooftop amenity. This layered composition seamlessly marries traditional craftsmanship with modern interventions, creating a harmonious dialogue between past and present.
