Tayal Factory Building

This masterplan integrates a transparent glass‐clad administration pavilion with the surrounding modular production halls to establish clear visual and functional connections across the campus. Overlapping horizontal roof planes and a dramatic white portal frame articulate the main entrance, while shallow reflecting pools beneath emphasize lightness and reflection. Green roof terraces and strategic landscaping weave sustainability into the industrial fabric, softening the building’s scale and improving its microclimate. Wide, tree-lined circulation axes and expandable hall modules ensure efficient workflow and future adaptability.
