This design employs a clear differentiation of volumes, with a bold, cantilevered red upper block resting atop a grounded grey stone base to articulate functional zoning. The use of steel and stone materials highlights structural clarity and durability, while large glazed sections foster visual connectivity and natural daylighting throughout the interior. A rooftop terrace integrates greenery into the industrial form, softening the building’s mass and promoting environmental sustainability. Subtle landscaping around the perimeter further blends the facility with its context, creating a cohesive dialogue between architecture and landscape.
