Ayyildiz Housing Project.

The site comprises two staggered, six-story residential volumes framed by dark charcoal banding that crisply delineates each floor and anchors warm wood-tone panel infills, producing a unified contemporary aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling glazing paired with recessed balconies and glass railings ensures abundant natural light and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection on every level. Alternating textures of smooth stucco, vertical ribbed panels, and horizontal wood create a subtle material dialogue that balances privacy with visual coherence. A low concrete-and-metal fence, lush perimeter planting, and a calm street frontage reinforce a human-scaled residential enclave within its urban context.
