Housing Project

Organized as three staggered volumes articulated by warm wood-toned cladding and cool stone panels, the design celebrates material contrast within a cohesive palette. Deep recessed balconies with frameless glass balustrades and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing foster generous daylighting and private outdoor living for each residence. A low perimeter fence and lush planting establish a human-scaled transition to the surrounding landscape. The rhythmic interplay of horizontal frames and transparent surfaces yields a refined, contemporary residential aesthetic.
