Shymkent Residence Project

The design fosters urban vitality through a continuous retail podium and pedestrian-friendly plaza lined with trees, seating, and colorful planters. Above, three slender tower volumes articulate a rhythmic façade of warm brick and light-tone precast panels, each integrating recessed balconies for private outdoor living. Generous floor-to-ceiling glazing ensures abundant daylight and visual connectivity between homes and street life. The interplay of textured masonry and transparent glass yields a cohesive, contextually responsive residential environment.
