Uygun Apartment Building

The design articulates a slender residential tower through a clear, rectilinear façade rhythm of concrete mullions and recessed glazing that emphasize verticality. Generous balconies with frameless glass railings provide outdoor living space and capture natural daylight for each apartment. A restrained material palette of light‐tone cladding and dark window surrounds lends a contemporary elegance and highlights the building’s modular order. At ground level, a defined entrance canopy and landscaped buffer zone create a seamless, human‐scaled transition from the street to the residences.
